WooCommerce has recently introduced a new feature called High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS). This feature makes the checkout experience better by changing how WooCommerce keeps data in the database. Before, it used default tables like _posts and _postmeta. Now, it uses separate tables, which helps improve the checkout process.
This enhances the checkout process internally without getting affected by the default tables on WordPress.

HPOS Compatibility with Astra Pro
After High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) upgrade, any plugin or theme that customizes WooCommerce needs to support HPOS to work correctly. Astra Pro, known for its WooCommerce customization features, has already added support for WooCommerce HPOS.
However, if you’re using the latest version of Astra Pro and still see an error, it might be because the WooCommerce Module is not enabled.
To fix this and enjoy the benefits of WooCommerce HPOS with Astra Pro, enable the WooCommerce Module in Astra Pro.
Here is how you can do it from the Astra Dashboard.
After enabling the module, the support will be added, and you can enable the new feature from WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce Settings > Advanced > Features.
You can explore further details on how HPOS operates by checking this link.
