Why Can’t I Access Astra Pro Features After Purchasing the Pro Version?

If you have upgraded to the Astra Pro plan but still cannot access the paid features and keep seeing the “Upgrade Now” option (as mentioned in the below-attached screenshot), there are a few things you can check.

Does it include access to premium templates? These seems to be locked after installing Astra Pro.

Installing Astra Pro does not enable the premium template access. You may still see the premium templates locked after buying Astra Pro. The premium templates are included with the Essential and Business Toolkit plans. Hence, you need to upgrade to Essential or Business Toolkit plans and then install the Premium Starter Templates plugin to import a premium template.
